Allandale - Austin Neighborhoods

Allandale is bounded by Anderson Lane to the north, Allandale Road to the south, Burnet Road to the east, and MoPac Expressway to the west. Allandale is close to downtown, and close to all the shopping and retail in North Austin. Allandale has good local schools–Gullett Elementary and Lamar Middle School are on the neighborhood association's "Adopt-A-School" program, and A.N. McCallum High School is the arts magnet high school for Allandale and Shoal Creek Boulevard and Northwest Park offer bike paths, an Olympic size pool, tennis facilities, hiking trails, and picnic areas to local residents.

Northwest Hills - Austin Neighborhoods

Northwest Hills has long, paved residential streets lined by perfect, new-looking concrete curbs, tall trees hanging high overhead. It helps that some neighborhoods have identical mailboxes in front of each house and matching trim white garages attached to each home. Children and parents play outdoors underneath the hot Texas sun, darting in and out of the shade. This neighborhood is one of Austin's most organized, combining residences with retail offices simply and gracefully. There are no potholes, or patchy streets, no confusing one-way roads. Some of Austin's favorite restaurants are right in the area. If it's a pizza night, call Mangia for their famous Chicago-style pizza. If it's a fast-food night, head right over to Wally's for some burgers and fries. If it's a night out on the town, dress to impress and visit the well-known fine dining favorite Mirabelle.

Crestview - Austin Neighborhoods

Crestview is bordered by Anderson Lane to the north, Koenig Lane to the south, North Lamar Boulevard to the east, and Burnet Road to the west. It is located north of the city's urban core. Typical homes in the area range from 1,100 to 1,200 square feet, and most homes are pier and beam construction with 2-3 bedrooms.

Circle C Ranch - Austin Neighborhoods

Circle C Ranch is a master-planned community of southwest Austin that started in 1988 and has affordable new and existing homes. Legend Oaks - Austin Neighborhoods

Established in 1987, Legend Oaks is a quiet 353 home subdivision located in Oakhill, Southwest of Austin. Villages of Western Oaks are two the most popular neighborhoods within the Austin ISD that feed into Bowie High School. Rosedale - Austin Neighborhoods

Rosedale is a combination of old and traditional and new. The starting price for a home in Rosedale is in the high $200,000's and can be described as "charming cottages" or "quaint bungalows." Homes average about $200 per square foot, with the median price in the mid $300,000 range. Many of the new residents moving into Rosedale are typically of the upwardly mobile set.
